Right out of film school, Rich Mortillaro had the opportunity to shoot behind the scenes documentary style footage on the sets of the biggest directors in Hollywood. Being around and observing them was like a master's program in directing with the likes of Milos Forman, Ron Howard, Steven Spielberg and David Fincher.  From that solid foundation, his directing style has evolved into a richly visual, easygoing, collaborative approach that appears effortless while drawing out the heart and soul of his talent's performances.
